Thanks for looking at our site. We created this blog to share about experiences and insight as a family with 4 young children in finding out what it means to be Christians that search for and stands for the absolute truth of the word of God in today’s society. We hope that you will learn from our experiences and that God will draw you closer to Him.
We are continualist reformed credo-baptists, which means that we are sovereign grace believers who adhere to believer’s baptism instead of infant baptism, and we believe the gifts of the Holy Spirit are still active today.
We recognize the 1742 Philadelphia Baptist confession as a full confession of faith apart from belief in the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
We believe that the gifts of the Holy Spirit are for the new testament church through the ages and did not end with the close of the cannon of scripture.
We believe that God has called us to be quiverfull and to home school our children.
We believe that the use of birth control is contrary to the will of God for His people and that all children are born because of God’s sovereign control.
We believe that abortion in all forms is an affront to God.
We believe that women who are truly in submission as stated in scripture should wear a head covering as commanded by God in 1st Corinthians chapter 11.
We believe hat the Authorized King James Bible has been, and continues to be, the God honored, most accurate, and best English translation of the inspired, inerrant, infallible, and preserved original language words of God and that His words were preserved in the Masoretic Hebrew text and the Textus Receptus Greek text.
